CEO of Gould Industries

Gould Industries, has always emphasized recycling, and to date, we've've helped to recycle approximately 25 million kilos of plastic or more annually. Undoubtedly we're an industry leader when it comes to making the world a greener and cleaner place.

Gould Industries, a division of Panetta Empire, has a world-renowned reputation of quality, innovation, and production skills that defines it from others. Primarily producing private-brand janitorial and sanitation products, Gould is quickly expanding in the private label sector for packaging, cosmetics, baby care, and personal care. The company has expanded its factory three times in just the last four years. Also, it has signed some major distribution deals across North America. Besides, Gould Industries is also recycling more than 25 million kilos of plastic yearly and has a direct impact on the environment, and takes its role very seriously, always making strides to improve daily.

Throughout the years, our company has gained a world-renowned reputation of quality, innovation, and production skills that are unmatched by most competitors in its niche in Canada and beyond. It was found in 1954 and is headquartered in Montreal, Canada.

Let me share, with you, how we made all this success happen.

Serving people and the planet Gould Industries has always emphasized recycling, and to date, it has helped to recycle approximately 25 million kilos of plastic or more annually. Undoubtedly, we are an industry leader when it comes to making the world a greener and cleaner place and having a direct impact on the long-term future of the environment. Over the years, putting our employees first along with always going above and beyond for them is what has led to better results for the company.

We have a unique appreciation for our employee’s livelihood, which helped me become the successful business leader I am today.

“I invest heavily in my people and hope they do the same for me, 90 percent of the time, they will go above and beyond for you if you do the same for them.”

“We did a lot to create a state-of-the-art facility for our staff to work in and enjoy on a daily basis, and our dress code is relaxed, which creates a less stressful work environment where employees can be themselves. Not to mention, we do the most we can to keep things up to code with CDC guidelines in mind to make sure our employees are protected while they work.”

Eyeing expansion Gould Industries is another step closer to becoming a globally recognized brand outselling the likes of Johnson & Johnson who has had a similar 'turnkey' approach selling everything from vaccines to facial scrubs. Right now, although we are not yet a worldwide leader, we're dominating our territories in Canada, and since we're not a mega monopoly, we still have all the chances to know each and every employee, creating a family-like environment.

Furthermore, we've attracted a lot of notoriety and respect from the community for its services, always going above and beyond the call of duty. Also, the company holds several community-based events annually, most of them for high school students, showcasing and celebrating the arts, and for people in need all in one melting pot.

“Just walking in front of our building and through our halls has the power to turn lives around for the many we've worked with and had the pleasure of employing.”

With all this being said, it's evident how much we care for our community and the hundreds of people we employ.

Become a relentlessly reliable leader I'm the Chief Executive Officer of Gould Industries. Gould is a prime example of what success can look like if you take care of your team and put the company above your own needs every step of the way. Especially in the past year, many entrepreneurs had their businesses dismantled due to COVID-19 and the lockdowns that came with them. The pandemic, without a doubt, changed the landscape for businesses and humanity as a whole, but somehow, many figured out novel ways to operate and bring more value to their communities and the hundreds of people they employ worldwide. I was one such leader who created a legacy during these uncertain times, providing job stability for my employees. I genuinely cares for the product, our employees, and our community.

“It has proven time and time again in the last 65 years that our walls are standing high and strong. We've also added a medical side to our operations with syringes, protective gear, hospital beds, etc. That's become part of the strategic positioning in becoming a fully turnkey operation.”
